Caring Campus Initiative
Caring Campus’s purpose is to create a college environment that increases students’ sense of connectedness and belonging, and, in turn, completion of each student’s education goals.
Our Mission as a Caring Campus
We strive to create an inclusive environment where every student feels supported and
valued. This mission is especially critical for underrepresented student populations,
who often face additional challenges completing their educational goals.
Research highlights the vital role staff and employees play in strengthening student
connectedness. Together, we aim to:

Foster connections across departments and the college
